When a business needs to secure new leads and generate new work, there are few more appealing methods to garner a potential client’s attention than with dinner, a carefully-curated presentation, and plenty of networking. Offering some of the biggest corporate giants in the world exactly that is CXOdinners, a subsidiary of leadership empowerment firm, CXOsync. To learn more, we profiled the EMEA HQ in Mayfair, London and its head, Mr Sulai Saloojee.

Customised, bespoke dinner events are one of the best ways to attract interest from potential clients and collaborators, but doing them right is absolutely key to ensure successful lead generation. That is the philosophy behind Mr Saloojee’s offerings. CXOdinners allows clients to strategically target industry-specific figureheads and leaders for a dining experience that is unlike any other. From Michelin-starred gastronomy, to exemplary corporate presentations, panel discussion and fireside chats to outstanding networking opportunities, there is no shortage of ways in which a CXOdinners can benefit clients of all shapes and sizes.

Delivering this outstanding service is Mr Saloojee, who is in charge of private events for clients all across the EMEA regions. Having been mentored by the firm’s global CEO Nepal Patel, Mr Saloojee understands better than most the hard work and determination that goes into every single unique CXOdinners service. In 2019 alone, the firm was responsible for overseeing 500 CXOdinners events, each complete with private dining in a top location (Michelin Rated or 5 star venue), museum tour, roundtable setup, open bar for attendees, audio-visual facilities if required, custom-made menus with client logos, and more. Each event can also be customised with a theme and guest speaker, either from the sponsoring organisation or an outside individual such as a Professional Moderator, Athlete or Celebrity.

“From Michelin-starred gastronomy, to exemplary corporate presentations, panel discussion and fireside chats to outstanding networking opportunities, there is no shortage of ways in which a CXOdinners can benefit clients of all shapes and sizes.”

Each event is all-inclusive, meaning guests do not have to worry about a thing during their dinner. From free Uber Exec to and from the venue, to a professional CXOsync moderator for the evening, everyone can sit back and enjoy the evening, whilst making exciting new business connections. As a global firm, CXOdinners can be catered for across a wealth of cities in most major cities, but the client always remains in control. From selecting the (Targeted Account List/Wishlist) guest list, to choosing the target city, date to delivering a presentation that will inspire guests, the client/sponsor owns the show throughout.

Mr Saloojee has undoubtedly repaid the faith shown in him by CEO Mr Patel, delivering a CXOdinners service that continues to far outshine the competition. His intuition, creativity, and corporate insight has enabled him to create (customise) events that serve to inspire and connect the leaders of today and subsequently create the projects of tomorrow.
