Today, the multifaceted facilities management (FM) landscape consists of so many different elements that councils and companies are crying out for a service provider to cover all the bases under one roof. This is exactly what All Industries Solutions, also known as AIS Group, has done, evolving from its roots of industrial and commercial cleaning into an organisation built around four distinct divisions, all working towards the same high-quality standards. For more on this encompassing operation, we caught up with Director Kheshav Kheddoo.

“Facility services beyond expectations.”

With a name like All Industries Solutions, one does not have to think too hard about the specific nature of the work this facility management group carries out across Greater Melbourne, with its four divisions covering numerous sectors with a service fully tailored to the needs of clients. The bespoke nature of AIS Group has seen it secure work with some of the biggest companies and councils in the region, a remarkable feat considering it started out eight years ago as a start-up with just two people and two sweepers.

Today, AIS Group has both the capacity and capability to work with clients of any shape or size, leveraging a comprehensive fleet of sweepers, water carts, ride-on scrubbers, and pressure washers to go above and beyond when it comes to a client’s every FM need. Behind this fleet is a wealth of FM professionals who are highly experienced in end-to-end services across almost every imaginable sector, so whether a client wants a one-off service or ongoing support, the friendly and knowledgeable team here are happy to help.

Exploring the services offered by AIS Group in more detail, the four separate divisions comprising the organisation are as follows – AIS Sweeping, AIS Cleaning, AIS Security, and AIS Building. Running through these in that order, AIS Sweeping stands as the complete sweeping and facilities management solution, with its services covering everything from street, footpath, and walkway sweeping to scrubbing and water carting. A 24/7 response service is also available in the unforeseen event of a fire or a flood.

AIS Cleaning is the division responsible for venturing into dark, dirty facilities and making them look shiny and new, combining top-of-the-line industrial cleaning products with years of experience to tackle any job – big or small. These cleaning services extend to include commercial, healthcare, and hospitality cleaning, as well as waste management and grounds management. Deep cleaning is also available on request, a provision that was especially useful during the pandemic. Again, 24/7 emergency response is available.

Third is AIS Security, the area of AIS Group specialising in protecting a client’s spaces or the wellbeing of themselves or their customers. Be it deploying static guards for physical protection, mobile patrols to a keep a watchful eye and act as a deterrent, crowd control for events and openings, or managing a client’s assets from the safety of an all-seeing control room, this division offers a full range of security services designed to help people sleep better at night, sound in the knowledge every contingency has been accounted for.

Fourth and finally, AIS Building encompasses everything a client could need across the realm of construction and property maintenance, from asphalting and carpentry through to concreting, fencing, flooring, and painting. As is the case with the rest of AIS Group, this division is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, highlighting a sense of pride that extends across the organisation.

As the umbrella encompassing these divisions, AIS Group is responsible for uniting them under a common set of values and ensuring they each reflect a level of quality that is befitting of the wider organisation as a whole. Primarily, this is something that falls to Director Kheshav Kheddoo, who started the company with just £2,500 to his name. Under his guidance, AIS Group today boasts a turnover of more than $15 million, and a client portfolio including big names such as ANZ, one of Australia’s largest banking groups.

“AIS Group provides its services to ANZ with uttermost confidence and believes that we are the company of choice for the facilities services market.”

Pinpointing why exactly AIS Group has experienced such success over the last decade or so, it all comes down to the strengths of its practical, on-the-ground approach, which embraces highly trained operators, modern equipment, and efficient processes. Another differentiator for AIS Group is turnaround time, seen through this team recently delivering a job in rapid time that their competitors wanted a month for. Such efficiency in no way came at a cost, as the standard of work was so high across this job that AIS Group was actually approached to provide a price to maintain the whole site.

This level of dedication is reflected in AIS Group’s mission statement, which can be found at the top of the article, as well as in its vision, which is to become Australia’s leading integrated services provider by delivering operational excellence across all business sectors. Achieving this ambitious goal will not happen overnight, but AIS Group delivering its services according to the core values of integrity, commitment, safety, excellence, growth, and respect, sees it inch closer to making this vision a reality every day.

Whilst this vision may remain fixed, one thing that does not is the world around AIS Group, which is changing all the time as a result of shifting regulations, changing trends, and emerging technologies. In the years since the company started, perhaps the main development has been the continued push towards operating sustainably and protecting the environment, something which is no longer considered a bonus and is instead expected of companies working with this kind of equipment and in this type of industry.

AIS Group has responded to this by developing a strict environmental management plan, which begins with simple acts such as its team recycling and extends to staff being trained to understand and help mitigate the impact their work can have on the environment. As for how this plan has translated into actual progress for the team, Kheshav explained how national aims like reducing stormwater pollution and improving Australia’s urban environments have seen AIS Group invest in modern sweeping/cleaning equipment.

Not only is this equipment safer – adhering to AIS Group’s top priority – but it also does a better job by capturing finer particulate matter, all whilst minimising the organisation’s carbon footprint. On the topic of safety, Kheshav commented: “The most important part of our working environment is a strong safety culture supported by mutual respect and accountability. Every team member understands their role in maintaining safe worksites, protecting the public, and delivering consistent outcomes.”

Given the push to more eco-friendly ways of working is something that is only set to continue as we move through 2026 and beyond, AIS Group is also set to remain on this path, investing in modern, low-emission sweeping and cleaning equipment so that it can align its services with the aims of everything from local councils to big-name companies across Melbourne and beyond, as almost all of the corporations in this area consider sustainable practice to be a crucial aspect when choosing new partners.

In essence, All Industries Solutions stands out in Australia’s bustling FM landscape by underpinning every service delivered across its divisions with reliability, safety, and a focus on environmental responsibility. On the back of this, the organisation has positioned itself as a dependable, professional, and forward-thinking service provider, one advocating for cleaner streets, safer public spaces, and sustainable communities to become the norm across the country. For this, it is fitting of the title of Best Facility Management Group 2026 and a place in our annual Australian Enterprise Awards.
