Zenith Hygiene Group completes Acquisition of Riverside Hygiene Supplies Limited

Announcement builds on Zenith Hygiene’s track record of strong growth through acquisition.

Zenith Hygiene Group, the UK’s largest integrated, independent manufacturer, supplier and distributor of cleaning and hygiene chemicals and products, is delighted to welcome, Hertfordshire-based Riverside Hygiene Supplies Limited (‘Riverside’) to the Zenith Hygiene Group following the completion of its acquisition on 1 June 2016 for an undisclosed sum. 

Founded by Jamie Nailard, Riverside has built a strong customer base within the healthcare, licenced trade, restaurants and leisure and contract catering sectors. The company will be rebranded under the Zenith Hygiene name and Jamie will remain with the Group to further grow the business across Zenith Hygiene’s additional product ranges.

Ringo Francis, Zenith Hygiene Group CEO, said:
