Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in Mombasa County, and has been serving the community for 35 years. We cater for a wide variety of clients with different needs in the insurance industry, ranging from multinational corporations to individuals. As a result of the firm’s diverse set of clients, we have a variety of products which include private and commercial insurance, medical and employee benefits, travel insurance and marine cargo, together with political risks to name just a few.

The employees of Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd are an experienced team, who provide the personal touch in the work they do. We believe that this is what makes us unique amongst our competitors, and we believe that we are reliable but not predictable, traditional but not conventional and professional but not impersonal.

As such, Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd offer a combination of expertise and attention to detail, which allows us to consistently deliver for our clients, and provide measurably better solutions that are delivered in a distinctly personal way. The quality and consistency of customer service we offer is what makes us different. We value every one of our customers as individuals, which makes the relationship we have with every one of them, unique.

Only by truly understanding the needs of the customer, can we provide them with the best solutions. The staff here are well qualified, highly motivated and we make use of some of the best technology available to ensure that our clients enjoy a totally professional and personalised service.

As we are a very experienced company, Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd are always keen to innovate and develop the firm’s services. As such, we have put a lot effort into developing the website to sell our products and services, as well as we using social media to reach both new and old clients. Furthermore, we also design newsletters which tend to educate the clients on what their policies entail, and what certain features mean and why they are in their policies.

Alongside this, Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd have also come up with credit facilities by partnering with financial institutions for our key clients. What this means is that before a client’s policy expires, we will send or even call them to notify them that their policy is due for renewal, and if new policy terms have been introduced we try and keep the customer on track and in the know.

Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd have also been working closely with our clients and community partners to encourage involvement and strong community alliances. We have also utilised a visionary approach, with consistency, to prevail in public relations activities. In terms of the region, East Africa as a whole and Kenya especially, are rapidly growing markets, and this has allowed us to look at innovative products that the market requires.

In this rapidly growing environment, Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd are faced with a number of challenges and opportunities. One of the biggest challenges we see, among other things, is staying focused on the customer and serving their needs. To do this, we must continue fighting the urge to be lured by the latest and greatest shiny new device and navigating through a myriad of ways to connect, engage and communicate with our customers.
