The Links Housing Co-operative was developed in 1992 and was built in two phases.
Phase I was completed in November 1992 and consists of 19 units, 10 of which are subsidized and 9 of which are market. In a subsidized unit the housing charge (monthly rent) is based on 30% of the household’s gross monthly income.
Phase II was completed in June of 1995 and consists of 12 units, which are allocated as 8 subsidized and 4 market.
