On the back of their win, we profiled Solver and caught up with Nils Rasmussen who provided us with a detailed insight into the award-winning firm.

Founded in 1996, Solver provides BI360, the leading cloud Corporate Performance Management suite for mid-market ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, SAP and Sage Intacct, amongst others. Through its Data Warehouse, Budgeting and Reporting modules, BI360 enables better, faster decisions. In addition to this, BI360 also excels in industries including banking, healthcare, education, government, sports and non-profit organizations, as well as improving certain areas within an organization such as financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting.

Solver is changing the face of CPM with next generation, collaborative and action-driven cloud solutions for planning, reporting and analysis to deliver clients with complete insight into every facet of the enterprise. Going into further detail about the services Solver provides, Nils begins by informing us of the types of clients that the firm serves, and how the team ensure that they not only fulfill their customers’ requirements but also surpass their expectations.

Bringing the interview to a close, Nils reflects on some of the challenges which the firm have had to face over the years, and touches on ones which may occur in the future.

“In the years to come, we hope that we will be able to help educate our customers about the many benefits of a cloud-based reporting and budgeting solution so they are able to create a better plan for their transition to cloud-based CPM, as well as the right timing for their organization.
“We hope to provide a ‘single version of the truth’ through the BI360 cloud-based data warehouse and CPM portal, so that managers have the right information available at the right time to enable faster and better decisions.”

“Ultimately, customers increasingly want industry-tailored cloud solutions, and Solver works with its vertically focused partners to deliver rapid implementation, BI360 industry reporting and budgeting models to their customers.”

Looking ahead to what the future holds, the team at Solver hopes to continue to deepen integrations to target ERP and CRM systems. Nils signs off by revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the firm, especially following their success in Acquisition Intl.’s Global Excellence Awards 2019 where they were righteously awarded the accolade Leaders in Mid-Market CPM Solutions 2019 – USA.
