Property Acquisition CEO Secures Success

London’s premier property Search, Investment, Development and Acquisition firm, Rehoboth has consistently delivered for the UK’s most prestigious property owners and developers. Rehoboth engages in development projects with industry partners to help alleviate the London housing deficit. With CEO Sanmi Adegoke at the helm, discover why this budding firm is home to our CEO of the month.

With the firm taking pride in it’s culture of professionalism, Rehoboth strives to ensure that all clients receive the worldclass property solutions that they deserve. The entrepreneurial approach in conjunction with close collaboration alongside high-quality property experts has allowed this firm to find, negotiate and close exclusive off-market property deals in and around London. At the heart of Rehoboth’s dealings is CEO Sanmi Adegoke. Since graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Business and Management, Sanmi has gone on to work in directorial roles in Nigeria and London. His previous roles include working with audio-visual and staging equipment, and a UK-based project concept consultancy company, before working as CEO for Rehoboth from November 2013. Sanmi brings to his role a wealth of experience that includes contract negotiation, real estate appraisal and development, land acquisition, property management and construction to name but a few. His integrity, ambition, business-focused approach and creative thinking are just some of the reasons that Sanmi has been named CEO of the month. One of Rehoboth’s latest acquisitions is a former court and police station in Dartford. Collaborating with former footballer turned property investor Daniel Shittu and Disturbing London CEO Dumi Oburota amongst others, the space will be transformed into a site that will consist of co-working spaces, community facilities, and residential development. In the fast-paced London property market it can be time-consuming trying to keep up, filtering through all the properties available. Sanmi and Rehoboth’s property purchasing service is tailored to help clients through a seven-step process. Beginning with consultation and advisory meetings to establish search criteria and understand investment goals, the firm can then impartially advise on factors such as market rates, trends and conditions. Then research and sourcing can begin, before a shortlist of properties to view is prepared. Rehoboth’s team consult with clients on each property, accompanying them at a convenient time. When the right property has been sourced, the firm will secure it on behalf of the client, guaranteeing the best possible price and terms.

Once the legal aspects are taken care of, the firm then move on to working alongside consultants to develop planning applications. Finally, the company work with institutional lenders, high street banks, and various church investor groups to gain the necessary funding.
