In an interview the firm’s Daniel Bentley, he reveals how this dynamic firm creates a personal experience in a stubbornly impersonal industry.

Can you enlighten us further about the wonderful work of Crazy Web Service?

Crazy Web Service are a team that operates transparently and ensures that we are accountable for the service we provide. So, as any business grows or their needs change, the firm are constantly trying to develop to better suit their requirements. For us, continually improving and striving for the best for our customers is a way of life. Together, the firm are always evolving.

The firm are always picking up after other organisations in the sector, and we like to show them what the good side of our industry. Crazy Web Service are a partner for the Internet and Website Development Regulatory Office (IWDRO) and the National Federation of Self Employed & Small Businesses (FSB). We are always very supportive of small businesses.

How do you ensure that your firm stands out from the competition?
At Crazy Web Service, we always like to get to know each company individually. We believe that the customers are not a number, but that they are part of a huge family. With 7 years’ experience in the sector, and with a young dedicated team on hand, we always like to take on the toughest of challenges. What makes us stand out from the competition is that we work on the failures of other companies, by just offering some customer services, and dealing with them personally each time. The firm are out to make the world of internet services a better place for everyone.

To what extent do you think that a website is central to brand identity, a firm’s reputation and how customers perceive businesses around the world?

A website is now the most essential tool for every business around the world, because it is basically the key for the growth of everyone. With the rise of tablets and mobile browsing, to what extent are companies now more than ever needing to update their websites, to prevent losing out on potential customers?

We always strongly suggest that any business that joins us has the most up to date website, because of the decline in retail high streets and hard copy telephone directories. It is therefore very important to always have your company available to all types of users, including mobile and tablet devices. 80% of searches are now done via a mobile or tablet device.

What role does Crazy Web Service play in helping to make companies more attractive to potential clients?

With every client Crazy Web Service meet, we like to go to the heart of the business and learn as much as the business as possible, even taking as much time visiting and getting involved in the business to give us the feel of the it to allow us to work in the best possible way with them.

As an expert in your field, what are your thoughts on web design and brand image, as well as the importance of design for creating and maintaining a strong brand?

Keeping on top of design and brand image is vital to success because technology and the design industry are always changing. Another important thing to keep on top is your search engine optimization (SEO).

What role do your staff play in the success of your firm?

Our staff are the key ingredient to our success, they are young team on hand. Crazy Web Service have a fun working environment and everyone is dedicated to their job. They love their job so much they still do not want to go home after 5:30.

What opportunities lie ahead for Crazy Web Service in the future?
Crazy Web Service are currently investing heavily in our telephone and broadband service, which we are offering to residential and businesses customers, as well as grouping all the firm’s products into a one-stop job package for start-ups and current small businesses.
