King & Wood Mallesons Advise Parquest’s Acquisition of Clinique du Souffle

King & Wood Mallesons advised Parquest Capital on the acquisition of the Clinique du Souffle and of the Clinique of Val Pyrène, alongside the management, from Fontalvie to create the group « 5 Santé ».

Based in Perpignan (France), this new group is composed of four clinics specialised in the rehabilitation of chronic patients. The group employs 300 people and generates an annual turnover of €27 million. Dedicated to suite care and rehabilitation, these clinics are located in the Pyrénées-Orientales, Hérault and Cantal (France).

Created in 2002, Parquest Capital (formerly known as ING Parcom Private Equity) is an independent investment firm with a well-established franchise on the French mid-market segment.

The KWM team was composed of Corporate partner Thomas Maitrejean and associates Augustin Fleytoux and Rémi Pagès ; of Tax partner Raphaël Béra and associate Thomas Guillier ; as well as of real estate associate Géraldine Palais. The firm has already advised Parquest Capital on the sale of FDI to Webhelp in September 2014.
