Hi there, we’re William Russell—the expat insurance provider. We offer health insurance, life insurance, and income protection for individuals, families, and businesses. These insurance plans are like the ones you purchase at home, but they have international dimensions such as worldwide cover, emergency medical evacuation, and 24/7 global medical assistance. We were one of the first companies to provide specialist insurance for expats, but even as competitors joined us in the international insurance space—they were never really like us. We weren’t an insurance multinational or an international department of a domestic insurer. We never had shareholders, investors or backing from private equity. We were (and remain) a family-owned business that specialises in insurance for people living abroad.
