Waves of Wellness (WOW) Foundation is a mental health surf therapy charity committed to changing lives by delivering for-purpose innovative programs for people at risk of, or currently experiencing, mental health challenges. WOW’s evidence based programs teach participants how to surf while equipping them with skills to better manage their mental wellbeing. WOW programs are based on three pillars of wellness: social inclusion, connection to nature, and engagement in a meaningful activity.
