True Cadence CIC is a multi-award-winning non-profit music organisation based in Barking and Dagenham, delivering programmes across East London. We support 8-25-year-olds from disadvantaged communities through music business education, mentoring, and age-relatable creative development. Since our founding in August 2020, we’ve offered expert-led music programmes that have helped young people build skills, confidence, and reduce risk-taking behaviours while becoming “industry ready”.
