Alison DeGraff Ollivierre is an award-winning cartographer/GIS specialist and a certified GIS professional (GISP) with 10+ years of experience and training. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s in geography/geoinformatics and has uniquely focused on participatory mapping and addressing climate change in small islands. Her maps have received numerous awards and been featured in hundreds of books and atlases, museums, journals and reports, and as stand-alone products. Alison runs the cartographic design firm Tombolo Maps & Design, which is dedicated to providing quality mapping services to a global audience, particularly valuing projects that engage local communities and support conservation initiatives.
