The Resilience Project is a youth-driven organisation empowering young changemakers to activate resilience. In a time of climate grief and burnout, we give young people the tools to navigate climate anxiety and protect their mental health so that they can keep showing up for people and planet.
We also work with purpose-driven organisations to integrate resilience in workplace and deepen their impact. Our workshops offer practical strategies to navigate burnout and strengthen collective care.
