<p>The Interns Association of Zambia (IAZ) is a non-governmental organization committed to advancing the welfare and professional development of interns across Zambia. Founded in 2018 and legally registered with the Registrar of Societies in 2021, IAZ was born out of the need to support interns during their transitional journey into the workforce.</p>
<p>IAZ provides financial support, mentorship, and internship placement opportunities to help reduce the burdens often associated with job searching.</p>
