Rachel Swart Fund

Rachel Swart (RSF)is a Southern Africa based NFP helping people with disabilities.
It runs two programs – providing disability aids to the indigent where the State has no funds, such as providing motorized wheelchairs.
Aware of the poverty in rural areas RSF runs training programs – teaching disabled people to repair & maintain disabled devices. We also teach Appropriate Paper Technology which enables people to make and sell APT products e.g. standing frames, to state Health facilities
