This recognition reflects a piece of work I am particularly proud of. In 2025, I led the creation and embedding of a behavioural framework designed to strengthen culture and provide clear expectations for how we work together. Developed with colleagues across the business, the behaviours focused on wellbeing, accountability, respectful communication, positivity and environmental responsibility, and became the foundation for our competency framework, aligning culture, performance and development.
