Human Resources wasn’t originally part of my plan. After growing dissatisfied with teaching in public schools, I sought a change while staying connected to education. In 2008, I became an HR trainer, shifting from teaching children to empowering adults. My career has since grown as I’ve embraced opportunities to learn across the field. I’m grateful for this journey and honored to be recognized as the 2026 Most Dedicated Manufacturing HR Businesswoman (Northern California).
