My Support Day is a registered charity based in South Lanarkshire, supporting families and loved ones affected by someone else’s substance use. Using a person‑centred approach, the charity offers one‑to‑one and group support, both face‑to‑face and online. My Support Day is a Naloxone provision holder and trainer. We provided a holistic family support and professional training in Whole Family Approach and Family Inclusive Practice to organisation and services.
