<p>Leslie Robinet is Director of Global Services Office at MEGA, a Bizzdesign Company. Throughout her career in Enterprise Architecture, she has leveraged her Industrial Systems Engineering foundation (degree from Virginia Tech) and Lean process optimization experience. Firstly, directly accompanying customers, she evolved from consultant to Project Manager, then was responsible for Professional Services for the FAME and then GSA territories. In recent years, she mobilizes all regions, to improve methods, processes, offers and skills, for a better Services customer experience. Member of MEGA’s Sustainability Committee from 2022, she carried the role of CSR Ambassador from 2023.</p>
