The ENC Escuela Nacional de Cine, we are a Film School that offers
integral training in cinematography through the Career in Film Realization (3
years); Diplomas in screenplay, production, film direction, art and
cinematography, certified by the Central University of Venezuela UCV, as well
as short-term workshops.
Students perform hands-on exercises simulating authentic filming,
editing and post-production sets. The ENC has locations and equipment for the
development of these practices.
The role of our teachers is to guide students through their own learnings,
to teach them how to anticipate and solve problems.
Audiovisual productions by ENC students have won: 7 international and
19 national awards; and 53 International official selections and 44 Venezuelan
official selections.
As part of its social commitment to Venezuela, the ENC National Film
School grants scholarships for people who cannot afford the cost of tuition.
The 12-year-old ENC Escuela Nacional de Cine is proud of its
achievements and continues with enthusiasm moving towards its goals.
