Adam is a Vice President in Equiteq’s London team, advising clients on M&A transactions across the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on technology services and consulting. Since joining Equiteq in 2021, he has advised on more than eight successful transactions and played an active role in expanding the firm’s presence in the founder-owned and private equity advisory markets.
