Eco Brixs

Founded to address Uganda’s lack of waste management and high unemployment, Eco Brixs operates a circular model that tackles these challenges simultaneously. By purchasing plastic waste from the community, we recycle the material into sustainable products—like bricks—to generate revenue that funds further plastic collection. This cycle prioritises job creation for marginalised groups, including women, youth, and people with disabilities, as well as school education programmes.
