NMC Health Acquisition of Stake in Clinica Eugin

Eugin Clinic has been acquired by NMC Healthcare Medical Group for the sum of €143 Million.

NMC Healthcare attends to more than two million patients every year at its 12 centres in the UAE. It is made up of a team of more than 600 physicians who provide their services in 30 medical specialities. Eugin Clinic is the leader in assisted reproduction in Europe.

Founder of NMC, Dr. BR Shetty said:“This agreement gives us the opportunity to lead the integration of the different aspects of women’s health, from paediatrics and fertility to obstetrics.”

Also speaking about the deal, Dr. Valerie Vernaeve, Eugin’s Medical Director said: “This incorporation opens up new opportunities that benefit our patients. Our research capacity continues to grow, and builds on our tireless efforts to provide the best care and the greatest opportunities to more and more women and couples from all over the world.”
