King & Wood Mallesons acted on the sale of laundry detergent brands by Colgate-Palmolive.

KWM partner Scott Bouvier said the deal built on the firm’s long relationship with Colgate-Palmolive.

“After many years of working together, we are delighted to have been able to support Colgate-Palmolive on this deal,” Mr Bouvier said.

“The complex sale brought together a range of specialist expertise from across the firm.”
