The Covid-19 pandemic has left a scar upon numerous industries around the globe, leaving a select few businesses unscathed. Sirvist HRC took a unique approach to combatting this challenge – simply, it believes that there is no normal. It is this attitude that has enabled the company to overcome the setbacks and, in current circumstances, develop a mindset that allows for growth. In turn, 2022 is set to be an exciting year for Sirvist HRC. It has numerous plans that it is working towards setting into motion, including an enhanced focus upon research, where it plans to assess various theories and plans in order to become more engaged in the lives of future generations that will impact the workforce. Over the past few years, it has noted that more and more people are entering the workforce that struggle with written communication, reading comprehension, and listening skills.
