Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026

34 | Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026 Most Influential IP Strategy Consulting Businesswoman 2026: Nadine Stuttle As society becomes increasingly complex and driven by technology, the need for an independent strategic consulting firm helping to optimise intellectual property (IP) and legal operations is clearer than ever. Founded in 2021 and based in both Switzerland and the UK, PSS Solutions GmbH exists to answer this call. Nadine Stuttle, who established the firm and has been its CEO since the beginning, told us more about its work, as well as her award-winning role in its success. Contact: Nadine Stuttle Company: PSS Solutions GMBH Web Address: www.pss-solutions.com/ The name PSS Solutions stands for people, structure, and strategy and reflects the firm’s core philosophy of the lasting transformation that occurs when organisations align their people, organisational structural, and strategic direction. Rather than providing clients with new tools or systems, PSS Solutions instead delivers pragmatic, people-centric solutions designed to enhance performance, strengthen capabilities, and sustain value. CEO Nadine Stuttle and her team work across corporate legal departments, IP teams, law firms, and private equity stakeholders worldwide, providing tailored services across a full range of IP operations. Some examples include strategic IP operations, IP spend management, and IP technology and AI adoption advisory. Other bases covered are IP data analytics, training/upskilling, project/change management, and private equity and investor advisory services, all of which are grounded in the aim of creating measurable results. Nadine’s responsibilities as the firm’s CEO cover everything from overall strategy to the delivery of client work, ensuring both align with the standard of quality and practicality PSS Solutions strives to achieve. Supporting Nadine as she performs these duties is the 23 years of experience she has across IP, legal operations, and technology. This dates back to the beginning of her career, when she deliberately chose tech-focused operational roles over a more traditional legal path, an exceptional decision looking back. She recalled: “That move shaped the rest of my career and allowed me to develop a strong foundation in improving how organisations function, how processes are structured, and how technology can be applied effectively.” Leadership roles naturally followed, including an eight-year stint as the Managing Director of numerous international firms. Here, Nadine honed her skills in leadership, client relationships, and complex programme delivery. All of this feeds into what Nadine believes to be the highlight of her career to date: having the courage to step off the beaten track and establish her own company in the dynamic world of intellectual property operations strategy consulting. This required determination and a lot of hard work, but what she has got out of it – a deeply rewarding career, an exceptional team, and valued clients – has more than made the journey worth it for this CEO. Similarly, as a woman in this environment, Nadine has had the added challenge of maintaining a healthy balance between her professional responsibilities and her home life, especially being a mother of two. This balance does not mean things are equal every day, and its focus is more long term. Nadine’s leadership style reflects this, with trust, delegation, and acceptance all being key in her approach to managing PSS Solutions’ day to day. Nurturing other women in the field is something Nadine takes great pride in, especially if these individuals are young and looking to get their foot in their door. A great example comes from a 26-year-old trainee she recently hired, who had a background in criminology and limited professional experience. Initially from Belgium, this trainee sought work in Switzerland’s legal industry. Nadine recognised her ambition and motivation and she officially joined PSS Solutions as a junior consultant a few months later. This trainee is not the only example across the team, as Nadine explained: “Some have legal expertise, while others come from technical, project management or social disciplines. This multidisciplinary background strengthens our ability to approach client projects from different angles and enhances overall team performance. Looking ahead, the intention is to continue hiring young graduates and individuals with strong potential, regardless of whether they have direct experience. Diversity strengthens our team.” Securing this talent is more vital than ever, especially given PSS Solutions is due to finish one of its largest projects to date later this year. This marks an important milestone for the firm, which is then setting its sights on fortifying itself from within and expanding its market reach through a number of exciting projects with new and returning clients. As for Nadine herself, she plans on continuing to grow the firm into the leading IP operations and technology focused trusted partner, focusing on delivering practical and high-quality work. Injecting a healthy dose of thought leadership into IP operations and governance, the impact Nadine Stuttle has in this realm reverberates through PSS Solutions GmbH and beyond. We are thrilled to celebrate her impact in our Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026.
