And its managing agents offer the full suite of services, T Aug21156 including but not limited to service charge budgeting, billing and collection; financial reporting to the client, including detailed expenditure, income, debtor, and budget vs. actual analysis; preparation of service charge year-end accounts; weekly payment of all invoices; placement and administration of building’s insurance and insurance claims; advising the client on major works and the use of specialist contractors; dealing with day-to-day maintenance requirements; dealing with after-hours emergencies; preparation of long-term planned maintenance programmes in association with surveyors and M&E consultants; ensuring and managing all concierge staff; regular inspection of properties; and attendance at client meetings. Despite Trust Premier’s dedication and success in what it does, it has seen its challenges, namely in the form of the pandemic. Its flexible and adaptable team was already trialling working from home prior to lockdown restrictions, apart from key staff who had to go into the office, as the company had forecasted what was going to happen. Aside from the pandemic, the single biggest challenge for Trust Premier was related to cladding. Again, it was on the front foot with this and had already arranged EQS1 surveys as soon as they became a requirement. Trust Premier has partnered with a number of insurers to enable its clients to still ensure the buildings for a reasonable premium, whilst cladding remedial works were still in planning.
