As more and more people search for a sustainable way forward for their organisations, Vallye Adams has found immense demand for her services. Named in the Influential Businesswoman Awards 2023 for her incredible achievements in the complex world of non-profit consulting, we caught up with Vallye to find out more about her, and her achievements. allye spent fifteen years working the non-profit sector before beginning her own business. From the start, she has aimed to help non-profits reach the next level of growth, while guaranteeing that the mission and purpose of the group is at the forefront of what drives them forward. “I am a proud female entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Etavele Solutions,” she tells us with a smile. Over the years, Vallye has specialised in helping non-profit organisations to “elevate” (“etavele” is elevate spelt backwards!) their mission and standards. The team have focused on sustainable revenue growth, custom, mission-based events, fundraising development, board growth, strategic planning, and program support. All of the responsibilities Vallye has taken on, have built on her previous experience as a licensed real estate agent, multiple roles in property management and multi-family housing, and non-profit executive leadership. After training and working her way up in the corporate world, she was determined that it was time to work for herself. “I’m always finding creative ways to problem solve. I believe in never giving up or accepting “no” until achieving my goals. One of my biggest goals is to help other dynamic and successful (mostly non-profit) leaders recognize their various strengths and talents and reach their goals,” Vallye explains. “These are some of the traits I learned and leveraged from my past roles to build success in my new venture.” New venture?? Yes! The new venture is being announced exclusively here in the Influential Businesswomen Awards 2023, with Vallye being founder and President of a brand new company, “Etavele Solutions Next Level”. This next step will help nonprofits ‘elevate’ their organizations even further through online support, specialized assessments, networking, fundraising training, resources and more, all to help take their organization to the ‘next level’. No matter what the challenge, Vallye has the team to assist. The aim is to launch the business officially in Winter 2023. Needless to say, Vallye has managed to build excitement into her entire career. Choosing just one example of success would be deeply unfair. “Truthfully, I am unable to pick just one BIG success. I feel the biggest success is all of them put together!” she says with delight. “Just having the opportunity to look back at all my achievements, look at where I am now and what the future holds, that is my biggest achievement. Yes, starting my own business and being a female entrepreneur was a huge success I am so proud of. Becoming an international best-selling author, twice, and hopefully a third this fall, another achievement. Raising over $5 million dollars for non-profit organizations in the past two years, post global pandemic, and V representing as a female Auctioneer in the USA when there are less than 500…great achievement. Being recognized by my fellow businesswomen for opportunities like this, is absolutely an honour and a privilege and truly a huge success. All of these are amazing and incredible achievements I am so very proud of.” It goes without saying that Vallye has not only achieved remarkable things, but she still has further to go. “I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that my purpose on this earth is to make a difference,” Vallye says with confidence. If I can help those who help make a difference; help our children, help those who are differently-abled and want to be included, help those who need food, shelter or basic necessities, help further education, help woman who need jobs and a safe place to live, help the care of animals, help those with illnesses and more. If I can help even one person, one organization, once community, then I have 1,000,000% fulfilled my goals.” These are lofty goals indeed, but it’s clear they’ve allowed her to make an enormous difference to hundred, if not thousands of people!
