Initially turning to the Hartman Values Profile in 2009, Renee helped people in a prison ministries to see how they could adjust to leaving prison, finding the right mentors re-joining the outside world. Renee closed her clothing boutique in 2020 due to Covid-19 , when she closed her locations, Gladiola Girls was only down 4.5% in sales. She believes this was due to the culture created by the Glad’s(ladies that worked there) and the relationships with the customers. she swears by using the Hartman Values Profile can create a culture where business thrives to this day. Renee now hosts regular workshops to assess people’s judgement for the perfect understanding and harmony within corporate teams. Renee informs us, This is not a one and done process. The yearly assessments gives everyone the awareness and opportunity for growth.
