When you look at the raw facts and statistics of the company, it’s not hard to see why. It’s a team of experts, passionate about the work that they do, and passionate about helping their clients. Roberta takes a moment to talk about the team and its clients in more detail in her opening comments. “Our management teams consist of individuals who are true professionals in different fields of the work. We have an expert of build and regulations with over 10 years’ experience in building lofts and extensions. We have a customer service and design professional with over seven years of experience, and an MEP professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. Collectively, we are now partnered with architects who have over 50 years of combined experience in construction and architectural services and are also RIBA accredited. We are very proud of our work and quality and provide our customers with 10 years’ warranty for the works done. “On the other side, our clients are mostly families living in London who are looking to add more space to their existing homes. More than half of our clients are recommendations from our previous clients. We are also recommended by developers and architects, as we are trustworthy due to the quality of our work. However, our selling point is our customer service. We are always there for our clients; we discuss every small detail of the project and explain to the customer what to expect during the process.” When you consider this client-centric approach, it would be hard to overstate the importance of Herko’s team in achieving that focus. It’s the team, after all, that spearhead the work and interact with the clients. It’s Herko’s team that secure its success. “Our staff play a massive part in the success of our company. Without them, we would not be able to take pride in our work. We have positive working relationships. We carry regular trainings to make sure our employees are fully competent in what they do. Herko has expert teams specialising on lofts and extensions, and throughout the years we have built the most professional teams who are brilliant at what they do.” Then when it comes to recruiting new talent, the company looks for dedication, commitment, willingness to learn, and positive approach to customers. The client would be able to access all the documents, invoices, report of the project, photographs, and also have their project programme.
