Sandra and the team are feeling very ambitious, with her saying, “For the remainder of 2025, we are laying the foundation by fulfilling our existing contracts and ensuring a successful start with our pilot client in the veterinary sector. In parallel, we will begin acquiring the first 5% of the broader veterinary market. “2026 will be the year of scaling. We will expand our existing client based (upsell to the broader veterinary group) and acquire an additional 30% of the veterinary market. The most important milestone for 2026 is the launch of the SEPA real-time payment solution, InstSEPA, for all customers, and the further introduction of our POS solutions with Sunmi and Softpay. The introduction of the SEPA solution will significantly increase the value per customer. “As for 2027, we will be on the way to our goal. We will continue market penetration with an additional 40% of the veterinary client base and complete the roll-out for the broader veterinary group. The focus will be on establishing our ecosystem as the market standard. We aim to achieve an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of €1.5 million by 2027. “Strategic levers for target achievement beyond 2027 will include partnership with Nexi and Elavon, a successful cooperation that has the potential to increase revenue by several hundred thousand euros per year; the sale of “synergy+”, where our enterprise software represents a significant additional revenue stream; international expansion, with each new country market, such as Denmark, adding significant potential; and expansion into new industries, where, from 2027, an expansion into the dental market is planned.” Sandra concludes, “Cypersec is requesting financing for a company vehicle totalling €15,000 to support operational growth in field sales, and a framework of €20,000 for Cypersec FlexCo (Cypersec) is an established Austrian Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and IT system integrator.
