Her strong understanding of design and culture enables her to create spaces of clients’ dreams, reflecting their passions and their inspirations. This is backed up by her formal education, having earned an associate degree in interior design from Fashion Institute of Design and Manufacturing (FIDM), as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of LaVerne. She is also an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer with the NKBA. It was in 2016, after several years spent working within the industry, that Ariana founded Honeycomb Home Design with the simple mission of creating timeless interiors with a modern edge. She and her team, with meticulous organisation, work to ensure the design process is as seamless as possible. They understand that time is money, and so it is their goal to make sure the client gets the best value for their time and money. Honeycomb Design’s truly turnkey design and construction process covers design documentation, interior renderings, conceptual floor plans, and bringing together the consultants needed for the project. The team is committed to every step of a client’s project, taking a structured approach to creating pure lifestyle spaces that are consciously functional and tastefully curated. A crucial part of the process is strong communication. With there being many moving parts in a construction project, the team are sure to communicate clearly and as often as possible so as to make sure nothing is kept in the dark. Often, they collaborate with clients on ideas (after all, it is their home!), which is done successfully through clear communication. Clients will never be pressured into a stressful situation either, and the aim is to create a comfortable and transparent process which is enjoyable for everyone involved. The team is also dedicated to working with integrity, always doing what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. If for some reason they cannot commit to their promise, they will be sure to notify the client straight away and find a new solution. A Honeycomb Design also believes in giving back. Throughout the year, it actively supports and donates to various causes throughout the community. It has also started the Honeycomb Gives Back initiative, which is geared towards providing room makeovers for children with special needs. Ultimately, clients can’t get enough of the exceptional results the Honeycomb Design team produces. We didn’t need to go out and look for other subs or supplies. We did bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and wall paint, and Ariana made the whole house flow nicely from room to room. Our remodeled place is gorgeous and we are so happy to be in our new surroundings.” Barb found that Ariana “made dramatic improvements to the usage of the space” and she was instrumental in helping us select our finishes to achieve the vibe we wanted.” Overall, she “couldn’t be happier with the results!” Indeed, it is easy to see how Ariana and her team have seen such success, winning not one, but two awards in this issue of Acquisition International.
