He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has broad experience in various fields of law. Nevertheless, his primary focus is criminal law, acting as an adviser, especially in white-collar crime cases. His portfolio comprises Romanian and international enterprises, and Roman acts mainly on behalf of the companies’ management. He has been involved with some of the most prestigious criminal cases related to money laundering and tax evasion.
