For the past twenty five years, Ken has accumulated a wide variety of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, and law. He has significant experience in structuring international and domestic transactions, equity and debt relationships, and negotiating contracts. Ken manages and directs all of the primary practice areas of the Entrepreneur Law Center, and is also the Managing Member of Encompass Advisory Group, an investment banking and consulting firm that offers services in corporate strategy and exit planning, mergers & acquisitions, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, due diligence, outsourced CFO services, valuation, and real estate brokerage services. Ken also serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching graduate courses in business plan development, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property at the University of South Florida Center for Entrepreneurship. Stanley has more than 20 years of legal experience in the Central Florida area. He has handled over 5,000 criminal cases as both a former assistant state attorney and as a private defense attorney.
