We learn that inbound M&A investment into UK computer software companies has increased by 70% over a two-year period, according to a new global M&A report launched on 22nd March by Livingstone, the international mid-market M&A and Debt Advisory firm. Other research from Deloitte shows that M&A activity in 2017 is likely to be driven by large corporates who are increasingly taking a ‘back to basics’ approach as evidenced in recent and upcoming demergers.
