Moreover, the firm ensures it cross-trains its employees so that if there is an emergency which prevents an employee from reporting to work, anybody from the team can jump in to undertake the tasks. Despite the challenging year, Parkes BPO Solutions continued operations with business as usual, even managing to take on new clients.
