56 Acquisition International - Issue 1 2021 Oct20181 ck in 1992, almost three decades ago, Jeffrey Lynch began his independent work at what would become The Lynch Law Firm. The excellence of that business continues right through to today, and there is no evidence to suggest that Mr Lynch is slowing down his pursuit of justice for clients who have been affected by medical malpractice, or by a personal injury of some description. However, present as though his excellence may be, the work of Mr Lynch hails back further than 1992. It is in this past that we find the reasons for his outstanding legal service, his knowledge and his understanding of the law and how it came to be. Though Mr Lynch has always strived to do right by people and help them where he can, his work in the legal sector has undoubtedly been a massive part of that, starting with his journey to study for a juris doctorate degree in Law from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1972. A full twenty years before he would go on to found and spearhead the work of The Lynch Law Firm, Mr Lynch started his law degree. Eventually graduating in 1975, he then immediately went on to join the team at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, where he would stay until 1988. During his time at the firm, Mr Lynch was able to ply his trade as an attorney, a partner, and a businessman, working across all elements and facets of the practice. From 1982 to 1984, Mr Lynch was made Head of Attorney Recruiting, and successfully brought in new faces that would bring a youthfulness, vibrancy, and dogged determination to legal proceedings. Following his stint in this role, Mr Lynch then moved on to become a member of the Management Committee until his departure in 1988. Having accrued no small amount of experience and expertise in his time at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, Mr Lynch then moved on to join the team at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, where he stayed for a further four years until the time came to form his own firm. After leaving in 1992, that time was now. Mr Lynch set about creating his own legal firm, one that would strive to deliver success for every individual affected by medical malpractice or personal injury. For the last twenty eight years, that is exactly what Mr Lynch and his team have done. Acting as both owner and trial attorney, Mr Lynch has overseen The Lynch Law Firm for the best part of thirty years, and has delivered countless positive results for his clients over the years.
