Working with patent specialists in large companies across the world, helping their legal, R&D departments, even top senior executives to cope with the ever-increasing flood of information about innovation, Ann begins by going into further detail about Minesoft and the services they provide to their clients. “Here at Minesoft, our team has extensive experience in working with large collections of complex worldwide patent data, both textual and image based, to create innovative, streamlined and user-friendly patent & utility model searchable databases. Access to our systems allows users to harness the knowledge found in patents to gain competitive intelligence, and build on the ideas of others to drive innovation forward. “Whilst we are probably best known for PatBase, a professional patent search and analytics system, we have clients so far spread that many never search at all. As such, we introduced a new product called PatDocs in late 2018 which provides fully automated patent family trees, the ability to instantly create a fully filled in SB-08 information disclosure document (ready for PTO submission), the ability to download any number of patent PDFs (in bulk or individually) within seconds, as well as the ability to create a sharable work product between colleagues or between inside and outside counsel.” Enabling the firm to deliver these award-winning services, is the experienced, innovative and committed team which forms the backbone of Minesoft. Additionally, we will also develop the area of automated translations and landscaping analysis. AI is a big buzzword in the Online Publishing Industry at present and we are designing new ideas in this area to further automate and streamline our products. We host about 125 million patent (sci-tech) documents right now and this is increasing literally each week. Such a large body of research material needs to be made accessible to companies who are working to pioneer new solutions. Search speeds are getting exponentially faster, the computer industry and data delivery mechanisms (including the Internet) are developing themselves, alongside our company.
