It is likely that we will look to grow our team from the “bottom” up by recruiting graduate or school leaver trainees so that we can develop their skills in line with our values and priorities.” However, the next step for BW Business Accountants & Advisers is to become a fully B Corp certified business by the end of the year, as Natalie concludes in her closing comments. “We are currently completing our B Corp certification and hope to be fully certified in late 2023.
