While the challenge of essential medicines might be one day for Mr. Mishbah, he has had to work in a variety of different situations to deliver results that make a real difference. In 2015, he assisted Microsoft Bangladesh Limited to enforce its IP rights and successfully claimed damages for infringement, and in 2014, he was pulling together the music fraternity of Bangladesh to establish the first ever Collective Management Organization in Bangladesh. This skill demonstrates not only how much power is needed to force a change to IP law, but the value that a good lawyer can bring to a legal case of importance.
