Sarah’s background is in marketing and communications for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. In 2003, Sarah and colleague, Angie Wiles, founded Virgo Health. Under their leadership, the company evolved into one of the most respected consultancies in its field. Today, Virgo continues to be a leader in healthcare communications with bases in both London and New York. As an expert in communications, it’s little wonder that Sarah became fascinated by the science behind it. She began to explore behavioural psychology, neuro-linguistic programming and other associated H disciplines. Then, in 2017, quite by chance, Sarah discovered an elite group of coaches with revolutionary ideas. Whereas most approaches to professional development tended to treat ‘symptoms’, the community Sarah found focused on addressing the ‘cause’. Immediately understanding the importance of her discovery, Sarah took the life changing decision to step down from her role as President of Global Healthcare Practice to go to the US. There, she trained alongside some of the most progressive coaches in the industry to become a certified Transformational Coach in her own right. The Vibrant Company brings together Sarah’s inspirational coaching strategies, techniques and extensive business acumen to provide a unique and immensely valuable experience to her clients. When asked about her business achievements to date, Sarah tells us that she is immensely proud of the companies she has built: “My last company, Virgo, became one of the most admired, respected and award-winning firms in our sector on the global stage. Now, when I look at my previous industry, I see people I developed and mentored now holding leadership positions across the board. I am hugely proud of that.” As well as her work with The Vibrant Company, Sarah volunteers her time and expertise to many good causes. She is also a Senator for the international women’s network, Savvitas. Looking to the future, Sarah has big aspirations: “My goal is to be able to say that my biggest achievement was helping to create a more vibrant world by transforming the world of business”.
