Born in Nigeria, Grace’s respect for her elders began at a young age and in her current position is an approach that informs every aspect of her business. Her passion for caring for the elderly was fuelled by her work as a waiter at Clark Jeary. Here, she got to know elders on a personal level and went to school to become a nurse so that she could engage further with these people. This love for nursing and passion for helping others was what inspired the opening of Graceful In Home Healthcare. Over the last five years, the business has changed dramatically. Under Grace’s leadership, the team is now 25 strong, supporting people in a variety of different ways. Staff can be expected to do everything from a few jobs around the house to providing non-medical services and making all the necessary arrangements to meet a client’s needs.
