As the CFO of TÜV SÜD North Asia, Andrew manages the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial and business risks and financial reporting. Alongside this, he is also involved in the business strategy and operation issues across the region. As the leader of the finance team, the company's goals should be clear, the company's information should be transparent, so that the messages can be quickly and effectively delivered to every employee of the company. Andrew is able to work with the team to ensure that every member understands the firm’s vision and follows it. Over the years, Andrew has been proud to witness the growth of TÜV SÜD in China, from a company which has only 50 people, to a leading testing company with over 3,000 people in over 30 offices in Greater China. He leads the group with authority, supporting the group and his team, taking responsibility for overcoming any challenges they may face. He takes inspiration from his colleagues and is proud to communicate with them at all stages of any project.
