She explains the firm’s core focuses in more detail. “Here at CARETHATYCS we prepare parents, agencies and caregivers in their journey to provide extraordinaire care to their children. We work with three distinct groups of clients. To families, we provide full support through overnight new born care respite, to new parent class as well as sleeping conditioning and behaviour management consultations. “To caregivers, we provide ongoing, high quality training that prepares them not only to understand and support children under their care and make sure they reach their fullest potential, but we also tackle the professionalism part of the job, empowering nannies and caregivers about the importance of the work they do and how vital they are to the economy. We coach our "Ninja Nannies" to know their worth, be confident in their skills, commit to life-long learning without being afraid to ask for help when they need to. “As for staffing agencies, we provide customized training as well as invaluable industry insights through organizational coaching and consulting. My academic background both in education and in business combined with over 16 years working with families, caregivers, children and business owners in the industry, has allowed me to become a key leader and proven to make significant contribution to the growth and profitability of small and large agencies over the short and long term.” Having always wanted to be a teacher since her childhood, prior to creating her own consultancy Tatiane worked across the care and education sector, which gave her a strong foundation for her current work, as she explores. L “Before officially establishing CARETHATYCS two years ago, I was already doing this work for well over seven years. I have taught pre- school and adults, but I always considered nannying my calling and main profession. I worked as a professional nanny while attending grad school, but was often invited to speak and teach workshops to nannies." “Parents would also reach out for help with questions and general inquiries about how to care for their new born. As a result, I decided to go back to school to get my master’s degree in business so that I could offer this help and make it my full-time role. I wanted to make sure I was offering the best possible consultancy services and making the most of my experience and knowledge.” As CARETHATYCS is still a relatively young company, Tatiane has many exciting developments in store for it, as she is proud to conclude. “Going forward, my aim is to grow CARETHATYCS so that I can offer my services to even more clients and, most importantly, their children. I will be moving into offering online courses, and I also want to expand geographically with a presence in Brazil. My services will soon be available in both English and Portuguese, which is an exciting development!
